Got a jackknife lock pick set from a Kickstarter i supported a while ago. Will be replacing my EDC set, played with them a bit and they work quite nicely. The one pick is out as a size reference. It comes with four tensioners, two are top of keyway, two are bottom of keyway and then a solid selection of picks.

I've got the same setup, minus the glory hole light.
The tack of the LED strips wears off, so I zip tied them.
