So not at all gun related. I boycotted shaving on and off pretty much since the day getting out of the navy, just finally shaved for the first time in 5 years the other day (girlfriend of 4 years begged to see what I looked like)

Well decided I'll shave for a bit. And why not learn to do it right (used to have to shave twice a day in the navy, and cartridge razors destroy my face, even brand new ones.

I think 300'ish...I got the chip put in, too, which was another 120 or so. North Shore Animal League where I adopted him gives you $75 back though when you show them proof of the nut removal.

I bought some used rcbs dies, 30/06, 7mm mag, 32 S&W long, 8x57.
I also picked up a Lee 8x57 factory crimp die.

Then i picked up some used brass, 30/30, 10mm, 45 Colt and 380acp.
I don't have a 380, but i have brass for one and a set of RCBS dies.
I don't have a 8mm mauser eithern but I have brass & dies for one.
Someday maybe I will get one, if not I have them if a friend wants to come over and load up some ammo for their 380 or 8mm.

Used to make all my ramrods, a very long drawn out job to do by hand, but in order to get a good rod you need to have the growth rings running the entire length, a safety and longevity concern. The fellow that makes these with some kind of machine claims these are just that. Initial inspection tells me he's not a bullshitter. Good find!!!!!!

Last week I picked up a new S&W Model 360.

Today I had to stop in at Runnings in Rome. While I was in there, I found out that they were doing a tax-free weekend - no sales tax on anything in the store.
Well, I was planning on a new muzzleloader some time this year before fall anyway, and I hated to lose money on the deal... So, I ended up coming home with a new T/C Triumph Bone Collector.
I took the scope off my old muzzleloader (scope was new last year) and mounted it just now.
I'll get it sighted in soon, hopefully (but realistically probably in September).
