I got a set of RCBS 308 dies for my brother back there in New Yorkistan and a Lyman lead pot so I can cast bullets and stinkers, maybe jigs.
I have to buy some lead, and molds.

I will have to check the gun clubs for lead, I did have a couple hundred pounds of it when I left New Yorkistan, never thought I would of needed any out here.

It will come together, I will work at it and secure some one way or another

Today I put that hundred dollars to good use. I bought a aluminum two gun carry case, a slightly used RCBS tumbler, jug of media, the gold pan softer and another 6 piece Hornady lock n load bushings.



The brass we picked up while out shooting this afternoon.

I got in 150 pieces of 308 brass for my brother and 50 pieces of 243 brass for myself.

I hate running out of beer, that' why I buy thirty packs. When I drink I want lots in reserve so I can have as much as I want with out having to stop because I'm out.

Better beer costs more, Tastes better, and at times actually has alcohol in it.

Well 3 out of the 5 things I need to turn my Saiga into this years deer gun.

Ordered a 45° offset QD rail mount from Impact Weapons Components
A trunion plug also with QD mounts from Thordsen
And lastly some cheap sling with QD just to get through this season.

Only thing left I have to order is the stock.

Going with the "New York Legal Arms" NYLAK stock, half the price of the thorsen, doesnt look as fancy but looks more ergonomic. And localish company, about 25min down the road from me here in NY (their reunion plug is just that a plug, that is why I ordered the one from thordsen)

(Not trying to be my typical asshole self) be careful the romeo 1 is not a very robust sight and known for breaking super easily. They are supposed to be nice for what they are and the glass looke good but there are a good amount of accounts of them breaking even from a single drop.

I do have a buddy who uses one for an open pistol he likes them but I wouldn't recomend it for anything other than a range toy (your miles may vary and hopefully they do)
