Function tested the AR assembly at the range. Face intact. Actually really pleased with how smooth it is. Decided to peruse the brass barrel for some 6.5 Creed. Hard to come by but .223 was plentiful.
Already started cleaning. Once I mix in some of this....

Got a hot tip from my buddy that a local shop had some of this, he grabbed a bottle yesterday I ran in today to see if I could get as lucky.

Well one of the last big purchases for the new home came in.
UMAi "dry age" kit which came with a vacuum sealer (and looks like vacuum bags which is nice) and then a few UMAi bags to get started..
Next step is to get some slabs o' beef to "dry age"

Got some waterfowling gear today
Ordered myself a Radian Raptor-SD in the NP3 coating for my 300blk build. The Raptor’s have been harder and harder to get, especially the SD version. I would rather have bought the one with the black handles but it wasn’t available. So I bought the most expensive version they make, which it the 100% NP3 coated version. No big deal though, I’m just gonna take the handles off and Cerakote them and the rear of the stem to match the build and install them again. I also plan on doing the RTV mod to the charging handle after it’s all back together and the build is complete.
