This just can’t be right and even if it is this is not what should be concentrated on. After all look at where the deaths are from firearms and it’s sure not rural areas. I could maybe see this being true if you factor in the suburbs, but urban area to me indicates big city.

Simple, not enough people carry handguns in urban areas compared to people carrying handguns in rural areas. So the obvious answer is to encourage more law abiding people to carry in urban areas.

This is where parents come into play . One has a gun in the house .. This is how it is to be treated... always loaded never a toy. ... One makes that effort to train the child . Handle a rifle or shotgun in a safe manner ... later on it transcends into handgun handling ....

I can believe this for sure. This study shows a lot.

I think, if the numbers are true, it is the person, the gun that is an issue.

If more youths outside of the cities are carrying guns on a daily basis; and if the guns are the problem, there should be far more killings in the Rural areas of America.

All this does is solidify my many times used statement, we do have a gun issue in the US, we have a serious asshole/people here in the US.
