Stun Gun advice?

Looking to purchase a stun gun. Its not for someone in NY so almost any would be legal. So many of them are less than $25.00 so don't know if they are crap. Anyone have one they can recommend.

For some various reasons I would like to go with a stun gun over a taser but if i can't find a good one then i will consider a taser.

I only know tasers. Stun guns are crap, pain compliance only, if at all. Tasers disrupt the nervous system. With a solid hit,they would fell Andre the Giant.

I'll give a small example:

The other day, my wife and I were in line at the grocery store. We were behind this woman who was talking on the phone. It became her turn at the register, she was so engrossed on the phone and did not realize it. I said in a somewhat firm voice, "excuse me, you're next". She ignored me. I then proceeded to nudge her a few times with my cart to get her attention. It worked, she moved forward. She took my time away from me, it pissed me off. If she would have payed attention, there would have been no issue. People push me into having an attitude.

I get it. F me I lose it when people do things like this:

Black Friday I was in the parking lot at Best Buy and I had parked at the back because of crowding in the parking lot. As I walked in I walked past a guy who was holding up cars behind him to take a future spot of somebody who was only at that point in the state of loading their vehicle, so by no means just about to leave. This indolent bastard has the nerve to hold up others so his lazy ass could get a closer spot.

I am no angel but if I come up on a red light I will often hug the left part of the lane so people behind me can take a right on the red. I have always wondered how many realize I’m doing it. But to be clear I am an ahole when I drive but that costs me nothing so why not? ;)

Tasers are so chancy, if both probes don't make solid connections ir doesn't do anything. Plus after the shock your attacker can get right back up again. I think they are a good tool for cops but the civilian is better off with a pistol.

Not sure of the philosophy of use, but it's not in my list of recommended solutions.

when i took driver ed back in the day it was ... stop light , stop sign , or just a left hand turn .. hug the yellow .. i lost count of the assholes here that move to the white line on the FKIN right to make a left .. and we didn't have the actual pass on the right shit back then ..

Just watch some of the Cop shows to see how effective the tazers can't be. Last week I watched one because nothing else was on, they hit this guy with 2 tazers and he stood there like a friggin pissed off gorilla. Probably hopped up on some drugs. A stun gun is too close for comfort. I'll trust my P99 before I trust a piece of electronics.

Exactly why I hate shopping at tops. The welfare scum go there. So not only do I work to pay for thier food they sit in line with things that are not welfare eligible and say oh take that off, take that off, or hey what’s on your card and try to pool 3-4 cards together. Takes 30 minutes sometimes because tops only has 1-2 registers open. No wonder why they are bankrupt.
