It's now a states issue, which it should have been all along. The federal govt. oversteps legal boundaries far too often. Despite me being pro-choice, I agree with the ruling overall in legal concept. I'd push for my state to be pro-choice, but not for it to be a national right.The declaration of independence guarantees the right to life. It is considered a sort of preface to the constitution.
Also, pretty sure murdering someone before they are born also counts as violating most of the rest of the bill of rights. Maybe not the 3rd, but most of the rest.
