Personhood.
Nobody is crazy enough to say a fetus isn't living tissue (I hope).
The question is when it's part of the mother, like an unwanted mole, and when it becomes a separate human being with it's own rights.
That is the only thing that matters in the entire debate, everything else is a distraction.

There’s a difference though since the fetus has different DNA than the mother. It’s a touchy subject and a mile also doesn’t become a completely separate person either.

It is absolutely his right to base HIS opinions on his beliefs.
The problem is, it rarely stops there. The intent is to force the rest of the United States to bow to one specific religion.
The conservatives had a great opportunity to reduce the influence of "the left", and instead has decided to go full religious reich.
Kind of hard to trust them with any of the Rights in the Constitution when they can't even get past the first one.
If they want to convince people, they should try using science and reasonable discussion.
If they want to force people, at swordpoint, they should realize that "the right" aren't the only ones who know how to use weapons.
This is why I hate both the democrats and the republicans. Neither side wants to sit down and discuss how to have an actual free society. Both want to be absolute power and dictate how people are supposed to live their lives.
Fuck 'em all.
