Wow I’m glad this went this way. I’m surprised really but how can the school hold your responsible for what you do or say outside it’s grounds?

Someone I know who works as an EMT in the NYC 911 system was recently restricted from work due to an "Operational" violation as per the FDNY. They are the governing body for 911 EMS services in NYC.

This person does not work for the FDNY but somehow he was operationally restricted because of something he posted on social media. Making the FDNY to look like fools.

He took a picture of himself on the toilet bowl with the comment "If anyone is looking for me, I'm taking a 10-100 emergency facilities".

The FDNY recently got their panties in a twist when EMS crews refused assignments because one of the crew members were on the crapper. The crew was given a Command Discipline (CD) for refusing the assignment. The FDNY EMS union came back with a memo stating that all FDNY EMS members who get called for an assignment while on the crapper should take a picture of themselves and send it to their CO to avoid a CD.

So the NON FDNY EMT took a selfie on the crapper to make fun of the situation.

I told him he should file a law suit against the FDNY for restricting him for his social media post. I can understand if he was an employee of the FDNY but he is not. He is actually an employee of a hospital based EMS system that is part of the NYC 911 EMS system. Because he is not a member of the FDNY, he is not bound to the departments policy regarding social media. Yet the y restricted his shield number preventing him from working.

All kinds of the same non sense going on these days. These instances of 1A violations need to stop and these corporations/organizations/institutions need a kick in their collective cocks/cunts.
