Right-Minded people are pleased to associate with other races, religions, and cultures.
They listen, politely debate, and mutually celebrate diversity.
Which can be a real thing.
Eating the food, wearing the clothes, even adopting the religion of a different culture, voluntarily, is a benefit to all.
People can work and live together.
If they are Conservatives.
Liberals are unable to understand any of these concepts.

Now it seems the "students" want to run the school. They are demanding the entire BOD be fired?
I think it's time for the adults to assert their power. Here is what I would do.
I would call a meeting of all those involved for a discussion of what happened. But heres the thing, if you can't come to this meeting and talk about this in a calm, controlled manor, if you disrupt the meeting by yelling/screaming, you will be removed and possibly suspended from school.
These kids don't want to have a conversation, they don't want compromise and they don't want to understand opposing views. They want to silence opposing views.
The adults need to re-assert there authority over who's in charge. If the students don't like that, they should be suspended or permanently removed from the school. The real world is a tough place to live in. Better get use to disappointment

The students are the customers, but there is a long line of other people willing to pay for that spot. The university doesn't need that particular customer at all.
