Guys. They received notification from the NY AG to stop shipping. They stopped temporarily and said that they would consult their attorneys. They have since resumed. In the interim, some fell through the cracks and got their orders or some ordered before this fiasco started. Some ordered during the fiasco that only lasted about a week and have gotten their shipment after things were squared away.

And Better yet - would be not to post about it! It's all BS, haven't seen one of those emails posted with pertinent information included such as address/zip code from TS! If they in fact recieved a cease and desist order, it most surely would've been posted. Most suppliers who DO NOT ship to certain states, or mpunicipalities have it listed on their site as a matter of policy.
I wish MOD's would add TargetSports to the censor list to prevent these threads! Novel idea, no?
As an aside, if anyone wants to discuss this via PM, I'm free to discuss how the opposite of what I posted above is true! I placed an order recently (other thread, ie, this week when it was posted that they don't ship to NY) got shipment label generated and confirmation. I have a multitude of orders spanning the years since the UnsafeAct and every single post like this, here and elsewhere, as to shipments no longer happening, which coincidently, never stopped, I've received every single order!
As mentioned by some and maybe misunderstood by others, TS is not some Rinky Dink outfit, they do a mass volume of business all over the country and are well equipped and aware of the governing laws. They do deserve our business, but they don't deserve a 100 calls a day by sheeple who are so scared shit of their own shadow. Want to order, then order, but don't straddle the Damned fence worrying about it, calling them, asking your neighbor, posting online if it's ok...

On another note, how many rounds can I carry in my "clip"?
I have 8 round and 2 round clips, I can download the 8 to 7 but any less than that they tend to fall out. I have not got any 5 round clips yet, I hear they are expensive and don't often work reliably. My M1 Garand loads fine from the 8 and 2 round clips.

Another thing, Target Sports in in Connecticut, a place that is as bad as NY, so after getting what was probably a threatening official letter from Comrade Schneiderdick, who I'm sure also contacted his comrade in the CT AG's office, asking them to put the screws to TS, TS did a review of things and found they are doing nothing wrong and obviously told them all to pound sand, God bless them. So why aren't the rest of these suppliers selling to us? Oh, and cumo, go fuck yourself!

Very smart on their part bc no other company would go through these hoops to ship to NY residents if they beat this for good they will make a killing being the only known store to ship ammo to NY residents

What smart?!?!?!!? They pay a lawyer! They do stand to make a few extra bucks, but they don't exist in a vacuum, Other suppliers have to be aware of this. Still doesn't explain why others won't sell to us. I would love to see copies of the letters they received. Probably a damn good case for a class action law suit against NYAG for abuse of power, and a few other things. The point is they should be going on the offensive, no one ever won a single fucking thing on defense, or just plain walking off the field.

Are you sure? Isn't this exactly what happened to them a couple years ago, too? Is NY AG just harassing them, then it shuts them down briefly and they resume? Is there any official word from the company?

I'm sure these businesses set their personal beliefs in the second aside when it comes to business itself. Self preservation above all else. They have families to feed and employees to pay, so they're not rocking the boat. I can't say I blame them, not that I agree with it, but I get it.
