Yeah I really question this. The same was discussed here and they claimed to DR evil that the law doesn’t go into effect until 2023. I tried looking on a google search and couldn’t find it. I do t know what to believe and I sure hope it is 2023. I’ll ask my FFL next week when I pick up a lower.

When I bought their prime I made sure my first order saved me the purchase priceCancelled my TSUSA Prime membership automatic renewal this AM. Still good till December will see how things play out by then.
BTW saved $23 on last nights order with Prime membership.

Their Lawyers told them NY FFLs only after the end of the month or else ..., and although NY is a significant percentage of their revenue it would not cover their legal exposures. FUKH and FUTJ have unlimited legal resources via our wallets.

NY set the or else deadline with them. Their lawyers advised them of their financial exposure. At least so says the nice person on the phone.

Ahh, that was the missing piece. The specific threat to them from NYS.
Someone needs to figure out how the left managed to get injunctions in hours, and we have to wait years for this stuff.
Is it just that the left wing judges think the ends justifies the means, and the right wing judges have integrity ?
