Not sure Cruz could beat Pence in a 2024 nationwide primary although focus groups say the beard helps his likability.
I think he is a giant pussy. Weak as water, backs down too often and changes his beliefs and ideals when they are not popular.

I can’t beat the guy up for this. It was over 20 years ago and he’s stayed out of trouble since then. The burglary claim is that he hopped a fence and many people have dwi’s. I hate drinking and driving, but I’d venture a guess 50% of the population has been guilty of it more than once. Also he admits it and hasn’t tried to hide it.

Bullshit. He fled the scene from one DWI and witnesses ended his hit and run, and held him for police. He tried hiding this and Judge daddy's cover up but was outed by evidence and witnesses during the campaign. So much for innocence and honesty. In his entire political career, he was never up front until he was nailed. He is a low life among politicians. A low life among politicians. I love trump because he has the balls to stick to his positions against the uncompromising Democrats and relentless lying media. My fear with ted Cruz is he would be (like most Republican politicians) constantly worried about media and public opinion and would change his principles if he thought it would improve his favorability rating.
