You are correct. The three TS stores I've been to locally all have identical sign. I spoke to one of the store managers and thanked him for working for a company that supports the 2A. He said its a corporate policy and they sent the signs to all the TS stores in NYS.

Even using both of those dates , there were no restrictions on what we could own or purchase . You could have a full auto rifle shipped right to your home and could buy dynamite at the local hardware store . Boy that would set the libs off wouldn't it ??

I guess it's my mistake of not clarifying my original statement. I meant the NRA seems to be nonexistent lately in comparison to the FPC and GOA. Clearly those two have taken the reigns in challenging anti 2A and unconstitutional laws. The 2AF is also very active and doing an admirable job as well.
I was wondering the same thing on how they would handle the stripped lowers. I hate this state. I know a few that want to buy some and probably won’t be able to now. They are an other, but NYS changed the definition of a firearm as well.
As of right now, Judge Sinatra's injunction is active in the Christian v Nigrelli case. So, yes u can legally carry onto private property without the previously necessary signage. NYS made a motion to stay to the 2nd Circuit last week. Nothing from them yet.

Cool. I figured this is what they would do because you can make them not semi auto. This is what I told the couple but I said expect the worst and told them if they make them into a semi auto it’s a grey area and might not be legal.
