Military personnel vote too. This isn't Iraq or some other country we would be invading. I would think if being ordered to remove a sitting US president, especially one who is likely popular with a lot of troops, you wouldn't have people blindly following orders.

The vast majority of people always follow orders.

You get a civil war when they don't know who's orders to follow.

I prefer we only count the votes cast by actual living registered voters.

For clarity, when referring to counting the vote from all sources that were permitted for that election, I do mean only votes cast by people that are legally allowed to vote. I'm not keen on cheating in any way.
