Ohhh this reminds of something I heard at one of the town hall meetings our Sheriff puts on. Someone spoke up telling him she sees unmarked white busses showing up late at night at the Weiss market on Front St. Says they do this at least a couple times a week. When they seen they were being watched one night they moved to the back of the building. The Sheriff told his Sgt to take all the info down, he'll be sending cars by frequently to check it out. Our Sheriff doesn't want them here.part of statement from Bath NY mayor

This may include, but is not limited to: (a) the bus drivers and employees of transporting entities; (b) bus lines; (c) and other municipalities, persons, and entities responsible for bringing to the Village of Bath and harboring illegal immigrants

$600 a day? This is reckless government spending that taxpayers are going to have to pay. Also, someone is getting rich if they are getting that much.I heard on the radio they are paying $600/day per migrant for their keep.
they all look rather well nourished... so much for fleeing their country from hunger or destitution.
that's close to what it cost me per day to keep my Mother in a skilled nursing facility (locked floor Nursing Home)$600 a day? This is reckless government spending that taxpayers are going to have to pay. Also, someone is getting rich if they are getting that much.
I’d charge that at the minimum. Many reports of them damaging hotel rooms and that’s expensive then repairs take time and lost wages/income. Between food and housing $600/day isn’t unreasonable for hotels to be charging. Can you imagine the maid staff OT? I’d personally just deny them entry into my establishment and be done with it. It’s not worth it one bit.$600 a day? This is reckless government spending that taxpayers are going to have to pay. Also, someone is getting rich if they are getting that much.
Can verify increased sheriff presence on Front St. I take deliveries that way with some regularity and have noticed several sheriff vehicles hanging around. One was even parked in the loading dock I had to deliver to, though he moved when he saw me coming.Ohhh this reminds of something I heard at one of the town hall meetings our Sheriff puts on. Why isn’t he pissed at hochul for saying she will take them? Funny he wanted to be a sanctuary city until there was someone to have here and protect. Honestly I hope every fucking migrant get sent to nyc so this motherfucker cries.
Now you see why it’s $600/ day. How long do you think it takes a maid to adequately clean this up? 2, 3, 4 hours. Also what is broken? This makes me sick that we are allowing this to happen and nothing will happen to them. If this was you and me we would be charged for these damages and we are in this case even though we didn’t cause the damage. This baffles my mind. I do t mind helping people but seriously this is too much.told ya so they would trash the rooms
surprised the TV isn't smashed yet

Damn.... $1.75 for diesel! I'd love to swap my diesel and 1ton axles into a 50's Chevy truck but at $5+ per gallon my truck sits in the driveway for the unforeseeable future. From what I'm told here in ecuador they are having problems because of our border being open. Migrants are coming into ecuador to make money for the trip up. The cartels are here so crime is a problem. They have open border agreements with other countries down here and people are taking advantage of this. Homelessness is higher than the past too. Our border causes a ripple effect all the way down here. And what really grabs my balls is $1.75/gal for diesel. WTF. And one of if not the most expensive properties in ecuador is the us ambassadors. He's living just fine down here.
It seems price fixed, probably by the government. They are an oil producer which I never knew. I believe only super is not capped or subsidized. It's a different world down here. The people seem happy which is hard to understand. I think our rat race is not even close to their life. I do kind of get it.Damn.... $1.75 for diesel! Wait, what? An illegal non-citizen can not only legally carry a gun. As being LE I assume that the illegal non-citizen can also possess the good stuff that an Illinois citizen can not. And an illegal non-citizen will also have arrest powers over US citizens? Did I read that right? This is happening in Illinois. Probably coming soon to NY.
