This is not joke. Now my workplace is extra special stupid because we're a touchy-feely nonprofit but every month at our monthly all-staff meeting this is what our executive director and HR lead are saying (they're both white by the way). Just today we got a MANDATORY reading list about anti-racism and white supremacy. Quite literally everything in it is just what you said above.
At the July staff meeting we're supposed to have a group discussion about all this. I'm debating whether I should call out the bullshit or do what I've been doing (keeping my mouth shut). If I want to keep job I know that I'll need to do the latter.
It is absolutely infuriating.
