The Russians are going to come down from the north and south in pincer movements and cut off Ukraines Eastern forces which make up the bulk of their better units. They will get cut off and surrounded.

It will be just like an eastern front ww2 battle again. Once encircled they will run out of munitions, support, medical evacuation etc. They will either have to surrender or fight to the end.

Once Ukraine loses its eastern forces they're done for.
