I get that, but i wonder if the best answer is to point missles back, not invade and kill innocent people. Or bribe the country on your border with enough money that they wont consider taking bribes from other non neighboring countries.

Zelenskyy Says He Needs $7 Billion Per Month Western Government Subsidy to Sustain Economy​

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told the International Monetary Fund today he needs $7 billion per month in global subsidy in order to supplement the economic losses currently being incurred.

Ukraine has a nominal GDP of around $155 billion in 2021. At 7 billion a month, that would be around $84 billion for a year or more than half of Ukraine’s GDP. It is predicted that Ukraine’s GDP will decrease by $45 billion in 2022.

Let’s see…that’s $5.6 Billion for Ukraine, $700 Million for Hunter, and $700 Million for the Big Guy. Oops..I left out the other politicians like Pelosi, Kingzinger, McConnell, Schumer, etc, etc, etc.
That will wittle it down to @ $3 Billion a month. He should have asked for more.

Yeah, it does seem their leadership is lacking . what worked before will will work again idea, and they're right, but there's better ways to do it .

Economy of force doesn't seem to fit in their doctrine . It looks like they didn't learn anything about our invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan.

phase 2 will tell a lot, but there hasnt been much ground fighting just yet, mostly preparation fires from arty and air assests. I believe they are still retrofitting their units .

One thing they must have learned is a shallow wide front is better than a long deep attack, thier flanks were constantly exposed no way to secure it.
