For those who aren't worried consider this;
Russia (Ukraine as well) is suffering horrific losses and is now mobilizing for full war. Russia now openly states they acknowledge they are essentially at war with NATO.
NATO is using the Ukrainians essentially as "temp workers" to fight Russia for NATO using NATO intelligence, support, training and equipment. Russia acknowledges this.
The reason I make this point, at some time in the near future Russia is going to attack NATO assets which are directly being used to kill Russian forces.

I think it is safe to assume the recent counteroffensive by Ukraine was planned, coordinated or in some way directed by the US. At the very least we are sending satellite reconnaissance Intel to Ukraine that allows them to direct their forces.For those who aren't worried consider this;

Ukraine is not losing as fast as predicted and in every battle, doesn't mean Russia is not winning overall.
I agree you should listen to the speech. One thing that stuck out to me was when Putin claimed leaders in the west openly talking about using nuclear weapons against Russia. I have not seen anyone mention that. All talk about nuclear weapons use that I have seen is along the lines of "will Putin really do it"?
Putin actually says using nuclear weapons is not a bluff. I believe he's serious.
Neither side is winning. The initial Russian invasion failed to produce a quick victory. Their recent battlefield losses have them back their heels, forcing drastic measures like conscription and buying weapons like drones from Iran.
Despite their recent battlefield success I would not say the Ukrainians are winning either. They still face a much larger military with no end in sight. I'm unaware of any diplomatic initiatives to get even a cease fire. This could go on for quite a while. More setbacks by Russian conventional forces almost guarantee we'll see tactical nukes deployed. Not good.
I don't think the west/NATO wants a cease fire. I think they're totally happy to keep this going as long as possible.

It is a classic war of attrition at this point.
It will come down to who has the stronger will.
Does Putin want to conquer Ukraine more than the Ukranians do not want to be conquered.
The war will go on until one side gives up. It's not about who wins, it's just a contest to see who loses slowest.

Here is what a Dane living in Russia has to say. Sounds more reasonable than every every military age male running for the border. Also the ones being call up are experienced military with specialities, aka inactive reserve. Hang on till past the new roof info.

The most dangerous part is that once those areas are annexed they become a part of Russia and fall under Russian doctrine Of useing tactical Nukes to defend the homeland . The Russian doctrine states something to the effect of reserving the right to use Nukes only if attacked.
Of course the West wont recognize the annexation as legitimate, and would turn the world against Russia Possibly sending nukes to Ukraine.

That is the point I was making and why it's so critical to understand the next phase.
Russia just did their occupied territory referendum to join the Russian federation. Clearly they're going to get 90% in favor. So, with the stroke of a pen the territory now becomes part of Russia.
When Ukrainian bombs "Russia" now Putin will likely formally declare "war". Then we'll see where things go and how far this escalates. Every action taken seems to incrementally make tactical nuclear strikes more plausible and likely.
There's been absolutely no de-escalation. Everything is all moving in one direction still even though it's largely fallen out of our news cycle.
