It's all just to throw as much fodder infront of the Russians as possible. As for the US sending in Bradley's...
Regardless of what some may say, the Bradley fighting vehicle is still a good piece of equipment to have in war. Not the best of the best, but, I would not turn them down if they were free or cheap. If they were so bad, the US military would not still be using them.
Back in 1993-94, I trained on the Bradley. After ten weeks of training, training each and everyday for 8-10 hours nearly every day, I was awarded the 14S MOS. I was not trained on all of the systems of the vehicle, many, but not all.
So, the US is going to send over surplus Bradley's do a quick train up and expect this losing Army to fully understand all that is needed to be a success in this type of fighting vehicle? Same with the tanks that are being shipped by the rest of Europe.
Sending these vehicles will probably do more harm to the Ukraine Army than any good.
The Ukraine is basically defeated, they are not smart enough or wise enough to understand this fact as of yet.
Based on the current track record of arms being shipped to the Ukraine, I doubt it would make a single bit of difference to the Ukraine Army, however Russia, Iran, and North Korea, not to mention numerous hole-in-the-wall militia in South Africa, would be very grateful to be able to acquire U.S. made Bradleys at rock bottom prices.Sending these vehicles will probably do more harm to the Ukraine Army than any good.

US 0 tanks 50 bradleys, Britain ,15 Challenger tanks ,15 leopard tanks from Poland. 0 tanks from Germany, 40 marder APCs
40 French APEX 10 IFV,
Its not even a Battalion. Its just delaying the inevitable. I give them 3 weeks in theater before we start seeing burnt out wrecks
They have to be thinking about Poland jumping in on its own in the spring. No NATO. Basically, grabbing up Parts of Ukraine before Russia gets there.
If the Russians make it to the Dnieper river by summer they would have destroyed roughly 75-80% of the Ukrainian military, the rest would be a cake walk at that point. whats to stop them? Enter Poland. They dont have to defeat the Russians just stop them from crossing and saving a crippled Ukraine. Some Western parts of Ukraine were Polish too.
Wtf
Another update. Next wave of "aid".
59 MORE Bradleys,
90 strikers
50 mraps
Bunch of humvees
More himars longer range rockets
I genuinely feel for the Ukrainian people. I do, I'm Sympathetic for them. But we're so stupid we're going to get ourselves dragged into this war. We're essentially supplying and paying Ukraine to act as defacto mercenaries to fight and die against Russia so NATO doesn't have to spill their own blood.
There's so much wrong on all sides right now.
