the US president said that ‘Russia could end this conflict tomorrow by withdrawing forces from Ukraine, recognizing its international borders and ceasing attacks on Russia.’
The ones telling you that you're ignorant, uninformed and propagandized have had this war over several times now, so I'm sure the answers you're going to get will be pretty much the same regurgitated posts on this thread since it's beginning.I'm curious as to just what "winning" this war is. Being told I am ignorant, uninformed and propagandized as to the nature of this war, how and why it began, I couldn't possibly recognize a victory, or a "winning" of this bloody war when, of if, it should occur in my life time. Seriously, what would winning be?

NATO is still looking for that game changer weapon that will defeat Russia. First were Javelins, then drones, then Himars, then Leopard tanks, now cluster rounds, soon F16'S. Fucking idiots with a complex, who are really a threat to the world.
NATO stock piles of 155 are getting to low, so they are sending these instead. These arent meant to change the course of battle , just feed the guns
Im thinking they have ware houses full of them , why not? Doesnt really matter , it isnt a game changer. they can do some serious damage if they catch them crossing open fields. Trenches ,woodlines, built up, areas not as much . Ukraine cant win , they can give them all the F 16s they want , just throwing good money after bad . I do believe Russia was waiting to see what happens at the NATO meeting before making a move. I would expect the Russian offensive anywhere from now to sept , A full scale Ukrainian counter attack probably wouldn't happen until spring if its even possible by then.Maybe true or maybe a cover story. Seems regular rounds should be easier to manufacture and thus replenish the stockpile.
Anyhow, Russians find a way to deal with everything thrown at them. There is no Russian defeat on the horizon and Ukraine cannot sustain this rate of loses.
Yeah, thats what I thought.I'm curious as to just what "winning" this war is. I thought all the mom's and kids fled and got out of Ukraine
Ukrainian women and children flee war as men stay and fight
The upper left corner of video has March 8th 2022 , and there is snow on the ground and people are wearing winter clothes,Me either but there is an interesting aspect to this video in that it came from South China Morning Post, a news outlet out of Hong Kong. It was posted about 2 weeks after the invasion began.
SCMP is an English-based newspaper once owned by News Corp (while Hong Kong was under British control) but now owned by the Alibaba Group, a Chinese multinational company. It has been regarded as a relatively credible news source, but there have been some signals that the paper has much closer ties to the CCP since Alibaba took ownership. The paper is supposedly banned in mainland China.
So my question is, why did what is now potentially a Chinese mouthpiece paper post this video? China isn't aligned with Ukraine, why post a video sympathetic to them?
Was it to tug at the heartstrings of an English-speaking Western audience to encourage support for US and NATO involvement?
Every resource that we send to Ukraine strengthens China's capabilities towards Taiwan by weakening our ability to react and support Taiwan. Everyone knows China's goal is Taiwan. What was supposed to be a month long campaign is now over a year long. Has it purposely been protracted to get us to expend more and more our resources? From early on, it's been hard for me to believe Russia couldn't have accomplished their goals in short order.

Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian youth have already died because America's foreign policy establishment manipulated their country into war to fulfill vain + futile geopolitical fantasy. Now, rather than acknowledge failure, Biden admin prepares to sacrifice American lives too.

I hope they play that throughout his campaign. I don't think he has a hope in Ukraine of becoming President.
