Back in the 70's I was enroled in model airplane building afterschool cub. As a beginner I only got to build paper and wood gliders. Older kids were building radio controlled engine models.

Not all have winglets, they aren't needed. The ones that have the little winglets at the wing tips, they don't move, they have no directional control.I looked up RC wings they do have stabilizers, some are very obvious, some are less so. This is what I was referring to.

They are called ailerons and elevones, they all have them. That's how flying wings fly lol. Even the drone in the other article has them.The wing in your video has flight control parts I was talking about (not sure what they are called). Small parts in the rear that tilt up and down. You can see it at 3:25 in the video.
