Having one completely dominant political party is usually how they do it.
2 or more competing parties is how you maintain a free system.
The problem in America isn't 2 parties that fight.
The problem is that they aren't really that different, and most of the fighting is about as real as 1970s professional wrestling.
But, sure, if you want to claim the system used in Russa, China, and North Korea is the fair one, go ahead.
But, bear in mind comrade, you would not likely be a favored party member in such a system.
You would be labeled a malcontent, or counter revolutionary, or whatever the label de jure is and would quickly disappear the minute you were found to be cheering insufficiently loudly.
Russia, China, North Korea, three different systems. All three have more competent leaders than U.S. and no deep state. At least they know who runs their country.
