Like the Russians are going to send multi million dollar weapons to kill grandma and her two grand kids , they only have so many of them . Its a total waste of money and resources and doesn't help them one bit. It would be better spent on other targets , like rail yards , ports, landing strips ,

If you were in charge would you allocate those kinds of limited resources to kill civilians ? The US has killed bushels of Civilians and Id say 99% of the time they were just in the way . You show me a war, and Ill show you civilian casualties.
