Agreed.Ukraine may not be our friend so to speak but they are definitely not our enemy--which quite frankly Russia is. We are now in a proxy war against Russia. Not just a skirting around, but a direct proxy war.

I'm not taking requests to "stay in my lane" from someone who consistently posts debunked memes because they cannot discuss this topic in any depth without immediately betraying their own trite command of it.Stay in your lane. You have no clue as to this topic. Nobody cares about "State Backed", those guys are simply doing intel crap.
Ransomware isn't state backed. Trickbot isn't state backed. Emotet isn't state backed.
"State Backed" hacks don't target hospitals. Ukrainians do. "State Backed" hacks don't wipe out entire companies with ACH fraud. Ukrainians do.
And the Ukraine govt knows it, and legalizes it. They even allow companies to incorporate and do it as their primary business.
They are very much our enemy.
Well, yours was taken at the time.I'm not taking requests to "stay in my lane" from someone who consistently posts debunked memes because they cannot discuss this topic in any depth without immediately betraying their own trite command of it. A fitting username for you indeed.
It ain't even noon yet. A lot of time for something even dumber to come along. And the moronic behavior of the Zhou Bia-Den cabal (AKA Klain's Kalorama Komintern) continues.
By all means, sanction a non-participating sovereign nation, India, who is an ally of the fUSA, for buying Russian military hardware in the past.
India has operated this way, doing what they want to do, for decades.

ShhhhhhIt ain't even noon yet. A lot of time for something even dumber to come along.
The Biden administration is weighing whether to impose sanctions against India over its stockpile of and reliance on Russian military equipment as part of the wide-ranging consequences the West is seeking to impose on Moscow over its invasion of Ukraine.
WTF? We're going to sanction a friendly nation for purchases that they've made for THEIR national security and defense because....ummm....we don't like the manufacturer of those previously purchased items? What?
Our national leadership is so utterly inept that it hurts to contemplate.
“There ain’t nothin’ more powerful than the odor of mendacity!” – quote from Harvey “Big Daddy” PollittI like this paragraph...regardless of what anyone else thinks...
"The reader may ask: why does this blog appear to take Russia’s side in the current conflict against the US and our supposed allies? Answer: Why would you trust a government (ours) and its captive news media after years of their blatant lying and tyrannical over-reach? These parties appear to be at war against their own people, that is, against us — certainly more than Russia is. Especially in the historic moment when all our mendacious “narratives” are being exposed as false? Russian Collusion? Indictments underway and more to follow. Covid-19? A mega-crime of mass homicide spawned by a matrix of pharmaceutical racketeers, corrupt government officials, and accomplice news organizations. Stolen elections? Don’t, for Gawd’s sake, even try looking at the slime trail of evidence. I won’t bother listing the many transgressions of Wokery against our culture and history. And all of sudden, it appears a lot of American citizens have had enough of being fucked around. I’m with them."

Seems to me like a topic we could, at the least, table until later! I'd love to see the west throw carrots at these countries instead of sticks. There must be some backroom deals we can make with india to help them appreciate a new level of friendship. The Biden administration is weighing whether to impose sanctions against India over its stockpile of and reliance on Russian military equipment as part of the wide-ranging consequences the West is seeking to impose on Moscow over its invasion of Ukraine.

When Turkey did something similar, NATO indicated that the Russian-designed system "would not integrate" with NATO.It's even more ridiculous - India purchased the SA-400 systems to directly support operations against communist China in contested areas.
Similar logic to handing out crack pipes, Biden wants Americans addicted to Iranian oil to help justify letting Iran joining the nuclear club this summer.Love Mark Kaye:
So Joe Biden's White House continues to ignore calls for American energy independence.
Instead of drilling and refining more oil here at home and cutting off imports from Russia, Joe Biden is open to purchasing oil from...get this one...Iran!
Great idea. Let's find a country that hates us even more than Russia. Let's find a world leader who wants to destroy Americans with nuclear weapons even more than Putin does, and give them our money instead!
I have to be honest, just when I thought Brandon's policies couldn't get any more dumb and dangerous, he proves me wrong.
Not only that, but even Nancy Pelosi has called for banning Russian Oil. In fact, a bipartisan group of Senators led by Joe Manchin is introducing legislation to ban the purchase of Russian oil by the US. And it has incredible support!
But Joe Biden won't do it. He refuses.
He will continue to publicly decry Putin's actions while filling his war chest with daily injections of American cash.
I mean...it's just so...it's just so...Ugh.
So I have an idea.
I know what's really behind Joe Biden's hesitancy to cut ties with Russia. He wants his cut!
The Big Guy needs his 10%! Duh! I mean, that's how Joe Biden has done business for years. You can't teach an old dog new tricks, and there is no dog in Washington older than Joe Biden.
If he isn't making millions off of a deal, it ain't a deal that's gonna get done.
The solution? Simple: We need an American oil company to step up and put Hunter Biden on their executive board. Pay him $75,000 a month and voila! We are in business!
ExxonMobil? Chevron? Come on guys, take one for the team!
If Hunter Biden doesn't get a job with an American energy company, then Joe Biden will never allow this country to be energy independent.
Sure, energy independence would be better for the American people. It would be better for American companies. It would be better for our allies. It would be better for Ukraine!
BUT...it wouldn't be better for the Bidens. And that's all that really matters, right?
God Bless America!

China is our enemy.Ukraine is also the top source for mila kunis. But in any case Russia is responsible for more hacking than Ukraine against US interests: Microsoft: Russia behind 58% of detected state-backed hacks

I used to think this as well until russia launched a new war in europe...China is our enemy.
Russia is a minor player.
Kinda like Germany and Italy in WWII.
Don't let current events distract you. Keep your eye on the ball.
Absolutely. Forcing the end of fossil fuels and trying to blame it on Russia. Its the green new deal in action.
Russia is struggling with just Ukraine. They are a bit player at best.I used to think this as well until russia launched a new war in europe...

But you aren't worried that NATO curb stomping Russia would cause the Russians to use nukes? If NATO had curb stomped the Russians in
Ukraine for this, it would have sent a strong message to China about Taiwain.
Nope. But you aren't worried that NATO curb stomping Russia would cause the Russians to use nukes?
Fair enough.Nope.

I agree that I will not live in fear over Russia ; the United States is 10-fold stronger and more capable than them.Nope.
