You spelled 'oath breaker' wrong. But… But the sheriffs are pro 2A and fully oppose the safe act lol.
We should start a gofundme for his legal fund.

They also charged him for the non gimped magazine. This was not a SAFE Act violation. Just saying.
You would have arrested Rosa Parks too I suppose.I am going to repeat what I have said over and over and over.
First, I do not care about this guy or his arrest.
Second, learn, know and understand the laws of wherever you go.
Do not commit more than one law at a time. Break traffic laws, don't carry a gun that you should not have in a State like NY.
And were not gonna care (as civilians) when they neuter leo gun rights too like they have in Canada. Cant carry off duty at all up there, definitely cant carry retired. And dont think for a second that wont happen here.I am going to repeat what I have said over and over and over.

If they had any actual commitment to safety, we wouldnt let out of staters drive their cars here either. Inspections aren't mandatory in Florida? Sorry can't drive in NY.A person of logic can reasonably think reciprocity would be covered under the actual wording of the second amendment, a federal protection against this kind of lesser government overreach. This is where an association of like minded people should step in and spend some millions of their dollars taking this case all the way to the supreme court instead of blowing it on their office holder's so they can live the life style of the rich and famous.
I like all laws to be as local as possible but NY has repeatedly trashed the constitution and needs a good beat down.

Yeah I get that that was after the gun arrest. I'm sorry I cannot feel bad for these people. They also charged him for the non gimped magazine.
This country is swirling down the toilet ........ everywhere I look.
The safe act turned this “crime” from a class A misdemeanor to a felony, so it is indeed a safe act violation, same for the magazine violation. This was not a SAFE Act violation. Just saying.

I have to say, the irony in all of this is that he walks free. Theres no threat here. Sucks he gets slapped with the felony, if it sticks he'll be losing his guns back home.at least the judge didnt take his money ..
I will not feel bad for officers who get killed trying to enforce this shit either.Yeah I get that that was after the gun arrest. I'm sorry I cannot feel bad for these people.
It is not hard it is not difficult to research laws of a state that you know has s***** gun laws.
I will not feel bad for officers who get killed trying to enforce this shit either.
And I won't care how big of a scumbag the guy who kills them is, or how many little league teams they coached on their off time.
That's where we are now.
"He should have known the constitution before he tried enforcing that, got what he deserved."
They can and they should. It's very simple. "I didn't see any gun".Not the job of an officer to dictate law.
An officer cannot override SCOTUS.
I know that many do not like that answer.
There are many laws that I do not agree with, but do you really want individual officers to figure out Constitutionality?
I do not.
