Thordsen FRS Gen III Featureless Stock

Here is that printout from thingiverse. Took 10 hours and $5 in materials because I used expensive carbon fiber plastic. Regular plastic (which would probably be strong enough but I didn't have any left) would run at $2.50 for the print.

It fits well. I'd say the top shelf should be trimmed a bit so that it's at least possible to get the thumb around with the buffer tube on, as it would be a bit difficult this way to do it due to a thin space.

Does make me wonder what insane margin companies like monsterman get charging $45 for their grips, but I suppose again the volume is so low they kind of need to if they want a legitimate business out of it.

Yeah that would be a lot better. And the answer is yes, but not by me; my CAD skills are, let's say, garbage. The most I can do is basically add some words to the side of something or scale it up or down. I've not spent enough time with the software to do anymore than that I'm sure a person in the know could do it in 1-2 minutes.

I I thought about that but that fin on top is what makes it unusable. I want to wrap my hand around the grip.

Lol, it can be cut off. A while back I made a grip similar to what I think you are looking for from a stock AR grip. I just cut the grip part away from the part that attaches to the lower and angled it in a similar angle to the monster man. I used PC11 epoxy to piece the grip together. I can look and see if I still have it. I may have chucked it though.

@Willjr75 I found it. Here it is next to a monster man grip. Same basic angle. She's not pretty right now, but it just needs a little more sanding and some paint/duracoat. I don't want or need it.

Are you talking about the monster man grip? If so, yeah I'm sure it could be. I don't know what type of plastic/polymer it is but I'm sure it's sand-able.
