I don't live there, but I know people who have lived there, and I've dealt with trash exported from there, and I have very good info.
Knoxville has a Democrat mayor. Chattanooga has an independent mayor. These cities both have extremely high crime rates, including violent crime, double that of cities here like Binghamton or Syracuse, neither of which I would particularly want to live in.
These also correlate with something else I had better not mention here and isn't particularly relevant, except for the part about repeat violent criminal offenders getting slapped on the wrist and third chance after thirtieth chances.
