It looks different this time. I thought from the get go that the NY SAFE appeal stuff was probably a piss in the wind. It took a lot of people literally years to finally get on board. Because there was no change in power to genuinely compel any altered behavior.

This election was totally crucial for the SCOTUS and the future of the 2nd and the future looks very bright for it.

I agree, but I would love to see a day where a full featured AR with standard capacity mag and integral suppressor is legal in this cesspool.

Been saying the same stuff, Reciprocity first, NFA stuff second, little steps of continuous progress. There should also be some preemptive legislation put in place to protect this progress from backsliding after a change in leadership.
I fear CA laws and SAFE are just going to have to be a court battle. I wish there was a legislative option.

We need a massive 2A ruling that invalidates most gun laws. We need strict scrutiny.
