He can Backdoor it though. By putting pro 2 A Supreme Court judges and we could take it to the Supreme Court like we were going to. We need to overturn ammo and gun restrictions while we can.
We need to write and call everyone that matters. We need to be unrelenting in our pressure on these politicians. Trump made a promise that he was going to support and fight for the 2nd amendment. Its time to let him know that millions of us voted for him because of this issue.

That's my question. Is the NYSRPA lawsuit dead? Can it be refiled? Also I remember CT saying that they would refile as soon as there were 9 Justices. If I recall, Rudy wasn't much of a gun rights supporter but can the Feds sue for civil rights violations?
Also what about any of the other cases? MD? CO magazine ban? Do you think if we lose the MD case (no split) a new court might still take up the case? What about the win from the Commonwealth of Mariana Islands?

Yea - that went so well last time....
We have control of the country, Senate, House and POTUS. Over the last 8 years the democrats have threatened to pull funding from states that dont want to follow the law. They had no power so their threats didnt work.
Now we DO HAVE the power, Trump can pull federal money from NYS for not following the constitutional laws of the land.
He can also put pressure on NYS in other ways. The SafeAct is an illegal law, passed illegally by a crook.

Except the court upheld it. I dunno brother... just still seems like an uphill battle. I feel like the NYSRPA lawsuit was our best shot and the timing was horrible. Can it be refiled? I asked Tom King and he just said he wouldn't "discuss his plans in a public forum."
This was posted on CCDL's page: “We fully intend to renew our challenge to Connecticut’s blatantly unconstitutional ban as soon as there are five Justices sitting on the Supreme Court committed to the proper understanding of the Second Amendment.”
Can the feds pass a preemption law? Again, it just seems uphill. I am optimistic again, but at the same time it feels hopeless too.
