1) The FBI will have found nothing

Give 'em a week for the FBI to investigate, they'll say it wasn't enough time. Like someone said on ar15.com, they'll DELAY DELAY DELAY.. until after the midterms, hoping they'll gain a majority. If President Trump, or any executive branch official acting on his behalf, attempts to set limits on the FBI investigation of a supreme court nominee, the President will have established the legal grounds for his impeachment.
