The biggest thing we have going for us in that department is that Trump is from NY and is at least fully aware of the nonsense here. I doubt it'll count for much though.
Cuomo can be bought like a cheap whore. Hold out some federal dollars and he will do whatever you ask.

The funny thing is, most Americans, like you and many others on this forum think this is a difficult process. No insult behind that.
This is soooooooooo easy! We already have the law, it is called the Second Amendment! Yeah, yeah, it sounds too simple; that's the point, it is that simple.
A couple/few correct Judges in the correct places will ensure all can and will fall into place! What he is wanting, what we as gun owners are wanting is not to reinvent the wheel, we want what is ours on paper already.
Trump and Congress can make ALL of this happen within a month if they really want to. Any and all States that refuse to bend to the Federal Government can and will forego all Federal Dollars until they comply. This is not an overreach of the Federal Government! The 2A is a Federal, not a State issue!
The Feds say and the States need to comply, yes sir, it really is that simple!

That national reciprocity sounds great but there are alot of caveats that need to be addressed. Getting rid of the magazine and gun bans would remedy many but then what about things like hollow points in NJ? Open vs concealed? etc etc.

This is actually pretty simple as well. Follow the basic ideas within LEOSA. We can carry in every State, but there are still some State laws that we need to follow. Some falls upon Personal Responsibility!

Very impressive document. I feel like many of us on here would have written the same thing. One thing though is missing. What about getting rid of gun free zones? He has talked about that, no? BTW, now you know with even more clarity why the left and MSM are going to work tirelessly to destroy him. He stands for everything they hate. I bet cuomo would surprise you if all federal money was withheld. Trump also needs to angle for reelection in 8 years, not piss off everyone more than he already has.

I agree overall it's quite simple but do you know every little state law pertaining to carrying a firearm? I would say add getting rid of ammunition bans as well and that would cover pretty much everything.
No, I do not know all laws in all States. Way too many to know and understand. When I leave NY and enter to another area of the Country, on Vacation for example, I study up on as many of the States' laws that I will be staying in. Nope, I do not know all of them, impossible. I do try to at least understand as many basics as I can.
Again, to me it is all about Personal Responsibility. Basic laws like Duty to Inform and the such. Basic laws to keep me as much out of trouble as possible.

I could care less about pistols. Well, I care some, but they're definitly secondary to the point of the 2nd amendment which is to defend agianst a well equiped tyranical force. He should go after the feature ban states. Then go after the lazy us gun producers who think they can just import ban everything so they don't have to compete. It was because of ak and sks hating gun companies like colt and ruger that the 89 and 94 bans passed. %&*$# you Bill Ruger, you started this mess back in the 80's and 90's! With everything Trump does, he shoots for the stars knowing he is going to have to settle for less when it comes down to having to make concessions.
I am curious on what he will settle for and what he won't.In the end, even if he gets us one of his agenda's to stick, he will consider it a delivery on his promise and a big win..... but we won't.
