Fux News sold its soul to the government when it called Arizona for Biden at something like 5% of the vote counted, and the Dominion payoff and the firing of Tucker Carlson is nothing more than the government calling in a marker to shut the guy up.
Bet on it that RINO Paul Ryan who sits on the board of Fux News was part and parcel of that decision. He is Uniparty all the way, helped to facilitate the betrayal of Republican voters when he was Speaker of the House by undermining the Trump administration at every turn and playing along with Russia Russia Russia etc., and making sure any kind of conservative or Constitutional legislative agenda either never made it to the floor of the House, or didn't have the votes if it did get to the floor.
Bill O'Reilly is saying this is all about the money the Dominion settlement cost Fux, but I don't buy that. That is cutting your nose off to spite your face. Not sure that any of this matters. I don’t even watch TV anymore. So I could care less either way. But from what I’ve read they had text messages if Carlson saying he hates Trump behind closed doors then kissing his ass in public (like most republicans). Tucker Carlson won’t tank Fox. His predecessor (Bill Oreilly) had a much bigger audience and was much more of a force and they survived.

There is no way Carlson is off the air for two years. He probably will gladly forego the $$ from Fox with his next gig, which will probably exceed his current contract. If fox thinks they can shut him up for 2 years they are dumber than I thought.
