You guys can argue "shall not be infringed" all day long, but if you're caught carrying out of class, and the cop notifies the licensing bureau, you will have your license revoked and you will have to turn over your handguns. This has happened many, MANY times both in news articles and anecdotally. No I'm not going to start a google search for them, you can do that yourself. No, you won't go to jail, but some people like their handguns and don't want to lose them.
No need to start a Google search. Anybody can do that. And you'll find what anyone else will. You simply won't because you already know the answer. Hell, 2 people in this thread already did and linked us to threads in which I mentioned this exact same thing on another site.
Lots of people that "know a guy it happened to", but not once shred of evidence. In a community like this where people even post their uncouth cop infractions on forums, nobody in history has ever posted about a permit pulled for restrictions? I doubt it.
What is "out of class" anyway? Like the hallways of a school? Yeah, that I can't recommend.

Sigh. I know someone who personally had their license suspended over this. Direct knowledge. Please stop giving people bad advice. It's highly irresponsible and you know it. Lobby your politician, make phone calls, send letters. This is the way we fight the system. Going on about how "carrying out of class" isn't a thing and making your little stand on an internet forum is a tempest in a teapot that won't stop anyone from facing the man when the time comes.
Ok, I won't give any bad advice that comes from Internet fear mongering lies. So I won't tell people that carrying out of restrictions will get their permit revoked.
Since you sidestepped the question about a "class", which, like restrictions, didn't exist anywhere in the law, I'll assume that isn't backed by facts either.
