Most people are honest and don't want to break laws. Why do these bastards in government make it harder and harder to do that. FUAC!

Owning property in the state is a requirement? Not just a physical address for mail and such?
Im not sure about our counties situation but it is very pro 2A.im not sure what county in PA you are living in now..... and no need to throw that out here, but if its Bradford then you can still get your license here in Chemung (Sheriff Moss is the shit, hopefully he wins county County Executive) but following Chemung and Bradfords joining together to help each other out (we in new york didnt get anything tbh but the PA people got the opportunity to carry here in new york) i believe 1 or 2 other NY and PA counties did the same thing Steuben comes to mind but im not 100% sure
Im not sure about our counties situation but it is very pro 2A.
Im talking about Chautauqua Co NY and Warren Co PA.
Both are very rural and pro 2A but I have no idea what ill be able to do.
Im not sure if it even matters because I will be continuing to "do business" in NYS even after I no longer own a home.
This is all for nothing if I cant find someone to buy a big piece of property in NYS.
Or break it up and find several buyers.
It is county specific. For instance, I know someone, a member of the old forum, who has a Putnam County address, doesn’t own any property in NY, but was allowed to keep his unrestricted NY permit. He “rents” a room in his sisters house. All cleared with the county clerk.I should have been more clear, as in no NY property ownership, Mr Osterweil still owned a home in NY, even though he spent most of his time in Louisiana. Bradford County, PA residents can also apply because of a reciprocity agreement with Chemug County.
I’m glad to see this, as I plan to keep my Unrestricted NY permit after I move to NC next month.
