Welcome, what is considered upstate? To me, upstate is a HUGE geographical region. Basically anything above Ulster County is what I call upstate.

When I was a kid my dad moved "upstate" from Long Island to Rockland. As for me Lake George is starting to get upstate Albany and Saratoga are still full of Liberals. BTW welcome to the forum @Cult.

That used to be so true.It has gotten so much better.Back in the 70's we used to hunt land in Mountaindale.We went into Ellenville and found a sandwich shop that made pizza.It was a half a club roll baked, they called it french bread, but it was the crappiest club roll ever, with ketchup and American cheese.
To be fair though, just cause it doesn’t suck as bad as ketchup, Kraft singles, and a roll as hard as cement, doesn’t mean it’s still close to Brooklyn pizza. Haha But I’m glad they’re making strides in the right direction lol
