I have no where the experience you claim to have but i do know this...
Your self defense weapon is to be CARRIED LOADED...1 in the pipe...preferably with no safety i prefer glocks myself but love the 1911 single action platform with the whole 0-4 "conditions" but that belongs in a different thread and btw i have no idea what you carry and is irrelevant.

It is not an opinion just a fact.
