He did not however, get more votes then Hillary. More people voted for hillary then trump. I have hopes that the country will swing to the right, but republicans/conservatives/right wing folks are not out voting democrat/socialist/left wingers.

The popular vote was won by 3 million votes in California. If you want to talk about the legality of legitimacy of those votes, we can discuss it. Be sure to have crying towels on hand because it would appear you are not ready to accept reality even though the Presidential election was over a year ago. Fact is we live in a Republic, not a true democracy where 50.000001% of those in agreement make decisions for everyone else, same goes for the Presidential election which the framers of our constitution had the clarity and foresight to allow an equal voice be represented in our Gov't and not allow high density population centers make decisions for the rest of the country!

That all said, you'll need to check your facts, because of late, that's exactly what's happening as the Republican/Conservative line is a majority representation, in the House and Senate and over a very wide berth of the entire country with the exception of dense population areas (ie, big cities). You'll also need to check your facts too as to how many seats were lost to provide that majority, an embarrassing shift over the last few years. So yeah actually, in addition to losing the general election and majority, they also lost some governorships and many judgeships, etc., etc.

As I've posted before elsewhere, the universal law, every action has an equal and opposite reaction and the 8 years of Liberal Progressivism requires an equal and opposite reaction!

So lastly, I'm not accepting some study from and ultra progressive liberal agenda facilitated by an organization of supposed higher learning but with a twist! These are the same people who feel the need to make amends for slave trading which they had nothing to do with 2 centuries ago by making an exclusive class of incoming freshmen that will get preference on admittance and relief on their tuition. So no, they are biased to say it gently!
