So now switch me with him. I'm licensed and go to the same Walmart as him and print just like him.

Some snowflake calls the cops. Now I have to deal with an Oathbreaker to show him my papers instead of just going about my business. That Oathbreaker may even be scared enough to hold me at gunpoint and make me do the perp stance in front of my family and put my life in danger just because I was sloppy and not concealing correctly.

Printing does matter.

Well this is a completely different situation, here we have to deal with NY PL. 400 and someone not having a license to carry a gun in the state and having a gun that isnt registered on said license.

Still printing isnt a thing and doesnt matter, yall are trying to get shit twisted and using a red herring to try and perpetuate bullshit fears.

At best if this was someone in NY with their license the officer would have seen that approached the individual maybe asked them to see their license (sorry will they arent breaking an oath at doing that) then most likely said hey you may want to cover that up.

Will is correct that “printing” could become a problem to anyone who equates possibly talking to a cop for a few minutes with the grievous injustices which led to our schism with the British Empire, and non-NY residents of course.

Legally though, “printing” in and of itself does not exist in NY.

As for what happened to this particular non-resident, it really sucks and he should’ve been more mindful of the retarded state he was in before carrying that gun. He got the wrong cop and will now pay for it.

You do understand that some words in legal context have different meanings.. so again show me in the the letter of the law that says if I am printing I am not concealed

Have you ever taken one of those classes that go over the laws and what not of carrying in NY? Lot of ranges offer them, it's a lecture type class vs skills and and actual range shooting. I think you may need one
