Mine was super easy to refund, I did it w/out having to type anything or talk to anything. Just used the "Help w/ this order" option or whatever, and chose "Didn't receive order". I think they're processing them so fast because of the over 600 negative reviews, as posted earlier. Mine was acknowledged within an hour.

EDIT: I went back and clicked on "help with order" again. It asked if I wanted a credit to my Amazon account which could be processed immediately. Since I buy stuff from them all the time, I took the credit (which now shows up as a "gift card balance.")
