There is no such thing as driving away people who have sold you out. Not gonna make any friends with judenrats either, like that.

They didn’t sell you out. What you think LEO community in general said, take away their ability to carry? The only ones saying that are the same people who were against LEOSA ( police chief associations etc).
We got exemption. Security guards got an exemption. Why? Because it it directly effects those lawmakers. There are retired cops who are now politicians like the mayor of NYC or some state assemblymen. They don’t want to curtail their ability. It had nothing to do with the regular retired cop selling you out.
And from a legal challenge point of view, it keeps retired cops from being able to challenge part of the law. I don’t have standing to be a plaintiff in the lawsuits except when it it comes to permit renews but I have some time before I have to renew.
