Are there any recent success stories of Westchester residents getting their restrictions removed?
I would love to hear so. I have been told, its almost impossible to get them removed.

Apparently you need a reason such as owning a business and making cash drops, legitamate reasons to fear for your safety etc.
Not easy, but not impossible, if you dont provide a reason that fits what they believe is probable cause to carry you are just another peasant in their eyes

Winning the lotto is random. Getting administrative (nothing to do with the law, feel free to carry anyways), restrictions removed is actively against you.
