So the Judge in Antonyuk V. Bruen has denied GOAs request for a preliminary injunction of the new carry laws????? Weird I didn't hear that can you point me to your source?

In addition to buying whatever semi's were on my wish list (my wallet hurts right now lol), I've been buying up stripped lowers on gunbroker the past couple of weeks.

I don't know how they could consider a stripped lower a semi-auto, but I wouldn't put it past their low IQ on guns the way they write these laws! Hopefully stripped lowers won't require the new semi-auto permit to purchase, but they're cheap enough to buy in bulk before the laws kick in just in case. It'll keep the fun of new builds going for a while, uninterrupted.

In my mind, it would make much more sense to consider an upper as what constitutes a semi-auto, because that's what houses the actual gas components that chambers another round, but I don't want them getting any more ideas! The ease and simplicity of acquiring upper kits and having them shipped to the doorstep is great.

You sir are absolutely correct. I didn’t mean it that way and that I won’t fight or do what I can to get it tossed out. I just meant it won’t impact me at the current moment.

Correct. Same with the age increase and weed being legal. They figure by the time you’re 21 you’re in college and can’t get a gun then after college you’re off buying a house and starting a family and buying guns isn’t a priority. By that time a gun is forgotten and you may never own one.
