Government feels they can do what ever they want in situations like this. I assume it will get ugly if they go door to door. Did a little reading about Martial Law ... it can't be used in this situation.

I hear a lot about what the government can't do, but it seems that someone forgot to tell them.
According to the constitution they can't do most of what they are doing now, yet here we are.
So, don't count on a piece of paper to protect your rights.

Imo.. I don't feel this has to do with gov't gun control. If you notice, every state that is on "Grab a Gun's" list has the cova19 non-essential business closure in place. Even gun friendly states like PA & NV are on the list.
The beginning of March there were 1000 cases of the virus in the U.S. Now we're over 39K. The gov't doesn't know how to stop the virus. They're trying to prevent more deaths from this virus by issuing non-essential business closure. Because you and I know, if the Governor/mayor asked people not to go to the malls or movies (etc..), people "aren't" going to listen they're going to go to the mall & movies.
They closed the schools to prevent large groups of kids/ people in condensed area. So, what do kids do, they conjugate at the malls & parks in groups (defeats the propose..)
I wouldn't be surprised if more States begin to participate in the Cova10 non-essential business closure.
There are a number of online gun dealers that have posted notices.. advising buyers to check with their FFL to confirm that they're still open for business before placing an order. I imagine these online dealer/sellers don't want to ship a firearm to your LGS/FFL only to find out that they 're closed and your gun has to get shipped back to the seller.
Gov't gun control? I don't think so. This is a troubling time.. there are a lot of non-essential business/ employees that will suffer from the closure. everything from clothing stores, LGS, travel agents, cruise ships staff, airlines, realtor, waiters, hotel staff, catering halls... etc. people will struggle if they didn't save for a rainy day, because it will pour.
There are a lot of rumors. A lot of bullshit to get gun owners and people in general all stirred-up/ panic. Look at the TP and water bottle purchases. People are going crazy over buying TP. why?
The cops have their hand full with dealing with the cova virus & test facilities, hosp. They're not knocking on your door. (unless you did something wrong.)

So, I take this with a huge grain of salt, but I was told by a coworker, who has a military friend, that the military may be mobilizing towards martial law in the next 48 hours across all states.
We both personally doubt it, and it's probably just unclear to the military friend what is being mobilized for, but can anyone who has contacts debunk this?

From multiple reliable sources across the board all information confirms the DoD's consuming focus is on maintaining operational readiness and reducing service personnel exposure, military contractor exposure, DoD civilian employee exposure, and dependant exposure.

I think a lot of these rumors are just people going overboard. That's why I was doubtful about what I had heard.
The problem is there are a lot of rumors going around, and not a lot of it is likely truth. As @Steal2B said, the gov's focus right now seems to be helping out.
People are just letting their imaginations run wild, lately.
