VFG on an other prevents it from being Classified a pistol.
An arm brace prevents it from being classified as a rifle or SBR .

Would you do a video of the first time you shoot this thing please? My pal says the bolt carrier assembly will do a complete through and through, I'm saying no exit, though with a visible protrusion and the bolt still visible. maybe two cameras, beers for a week riding on this, thanks.

If it's got a detachable magazine, then it's an AW in NY.

with the receiver it is a paraordenance AR w/o the stock or a broken AR.
The Legality of it depending on who the owner is and/or where you are in the world.

From my really lousy education that has nothing to do with lawyering, and is solely based on hanging around questionable gun forums, I believe the following.
- The image above is of a pistol
- once you slapped that upper on the receiver, without a stock, it became a pistol
- if you put a vfg on it at this point, it becomes an AOW.

That would just make an other with a VFG AFAIK. as long as it doesn’t have a detachable magazine.
I don’t believe there are any restrictions on an other with a fixed mag that would prevent any features.
