Thosr rubber dealies hurt my ears after a while. In an indoor range I don't think foam plugs alone are enough.
I use the Howard Leight Impact Sport Electronic also! Have them for 6 or 7 years now, Glad they turn off on there own as I always forget to turn them off! They are the most popular brand at my Club too.
I think many people don't understand what would happen if you shot inside the house, not only would you permanently damage your hearing, you'd probably be so disorientated that you wouldn't hear the intruder or your family.
I use the flight line issued muffs the Air Force issued. But I think I was supposed to turn them in 13 years ago when retiring.Itypically use the electronic muffs from Howard Leight (range bag)an they are fine. I also have a set of Peltor Tactical 100 that stays on my night stand.
I recently found out about MSA Sordin Supreme Pro, and they look like they are very high quality. They cost almost $300, so I'm curious if they are really worth that kind of money over the other options that I have.

I have the Impact Sport also. They work well enough, however, I find them very painful after a few hours, They pinch my ears (large) against my glasses. I have been trying to find gel pads for them, but no luck yet. Google hss let me down. Going to try cutting down the earpieces from the glssses.Itypically use the electronic muffs from Howard Leight (range bag)an they are fine. Same here I bought the Harbor Freight yellow muffs and the foam inserts. Been looking into getting a set of the Sensgard Zem just to see how good they are. SG31https://www.amazon.com/SensGard®-SG-31-Lightweight-Hearing-Protection/dp/B001IMHSP4I use the best ear muffs $15 can buy on Amazon. If I'm shooting inside with anything bigger than .22, I'll double up with foam plugs.
