What to do with my new AR?

First of all- a HUGE thank you to @Carlos Hathcock, his club, and Buffalo Gun Center for running the raffle and working with me to get this shipped across the state. At some point I need to come up with a good karma; this forum has been incredibly good to me (no, it won't be the rifle, lol).

But now the question is- what do I do with it? Didnt come with sights. Its lighter than the 16" I already have and I am working on a slightly longer barrel already (right of the picture).

In the immediate I am just keeping it bone stock in the original case and box in case I want to sell it and fund something else. But find it really hard to sell anything.

I am kind of tempted to just throw on a red dot or low power prism (Fastefire III in the picture) and maybe some irons and call it my short range/plinker (I have a .22 LR conversion kit too).

Thoughts? I must say I really like the new Thordsen stock and am tempted to move it to the rifle I am building on the right side of the pic.

Other than the featureless barrel, I was thinking I'd maybe fix the mag and put a regular stock and grip on, and move the new gen Thordsen to my new build.

Well at some point I'm building a new AR9 out of the conversion magwell I got from @ArmedCorgi, a lower and stock I already have, and the compliant upper my father in law currently has (and trade him a standard upper since he lives in Michigan).

Yeah, but that magwell conversion might not be the greatest. I never used it so I don't know for sure how it will do.
