Mostly same as above, rural area. Escaped buffalo just to the north, neighbor's father had them in his yard. Recently saw a fisher go bopping across the yard. Funny thing was, when it got to the edge of the lawn and was facing the 3-4ft high wall of parsnip and golden rod, it didn't just nose in. The crazy thing jumped up, over, and into the brush. Pretty agile critter, and very brown.

Turkeys, deer, rabbits, chipmunks, bobcat, racoons, bear hits the trash a couple times but mostly see it heading up the hill with a bag, snapping turtles in nesting season, but no coyotes this year, plenty last year, none now. One fisher but that was back in March. Always have to look before letting the dogs out.

No squirrels. No rabbits. Foxes, yotes, deer, fisher, all manner of birds, Turkey, bats galore.
There is a cat that likes to visit our building. He's alright I guess. He likes to follow people from the door to their cars.
Don't have much wildlife around unless you count the drug dealer across the street. I need to move.

Turkeys today...they even played in the barn for a little bit!! A couple times a year they come through...never around turkey season though!!!!!!

Earlier in the Spring, had a skunk hanging out in the early mornings. Rabbits. A red fox usually comes through between 530 and 6 AM. Had a real nice spike in velvet watch me drink my coffee a few months back. Usual compliment of squirrels and birds. Bald eagle overhead back around May. There is a nest a few miles from here. Cranes or Herons, not sure which. Saw a Baltimore Oriole for the first time in a long time.

Westchester as well...same wildlife as Phazer, but today noticed this guy on some milkweed. A Giant Luna Moth caterpillar...like almost 4' long when all stretched out and about as fat as a cigar. Hope she sticks around and hatches..

Just about everything that is native to these parts, but the one's that is the coolest, to me anyway, are the flying squirrel's. They come out at night to a bird feeder I have hanging high in a tree. Most people don't know they are around and have never seen one.

My photo but not my yard. Photos in my yard of young bobcats, large bobcats and some other beast are at farther distances, from phones instead of a camera, and not this clear.
Larger Bobcat Carrying prey (we heard the kill and assume it is a house cat)

That resembles my sister in law!
Every 4 legged critter that roams this area. I have about 20-30 hummingbirds here now, funniest things to watch. Have some green backed herons in the pond picking off the small frogs now.
Best thing this year was when we had a windstorm early in the year it blew off a couple pieces of my soffit. Before I managed to get up and repair it a pair of kestrels that were hanging around nested in there. They hatched 4, they grew up giving me a peek as they grew up now and then. Finally they all left the nest, hung out in a big tree out back. The adults would fly down catching grasshoppers out of the clover. Finally they started hunting on there own. They have moved on, haven't seen any in about a week.
