I know heavy usually penetrates more in soft tissue (fur, muscle, bones) and fast penetrates more in harder objects (steel, tin, aluminum). But what if the speed was significantly faster (200 more fps)? Would it out penetrate the heavier slower bullet in soft tissue?
I'm torn between these two rounds.
